Bio
Yusef Murphy is an entrepreneur in the field of music
education, production and performance. He is currently
the owner and operator of Integrity Productions Music
Studio, where he produces, performs, and teaches classes.
He has performed with numerous groups over the years
including the Ebony Heritage Singers under the direction
of Dr. Donna Cox, and the Rock of Ages Baptist Church
Gospel Choir under the direction of V. Mike McKay. He
also performs as a solo artist in various genres including
gospel, r&b, and jazz.
His formal education includes certificates in piano and
vocal performance from the Doralyn Academy of Music,
jazz piano study from the Bloom School of Jazz, arranging
and composition from the Berklee School of Music, as
well as a certificate in studio recording, live sound
reinforcement and production from Music Industry
Workshops. He also holds a bachelor's degree in
psychology and a master's degree in business
administration.
He now spends his days making and teaching music and
enjoying every minute of it!!!!
